GIs
Gis are uniforms in martial arts. There are three parts to the uniform: the top, the bottom, and the patches. The patches must be sewn on to the top in special arrangement (see page 3). Many people wear the Gi pants and an A.S.K. T-shirt as a cool, comfortable yet respectful attire. However, the Gi is completely optional.
