REGISTRATIONS

We accept registrations on a first come basis -- class size is limited! The best way to secure your space in our class is to register online! If you want to register by snail-mail or in person, the following registration forms are available on the web for printing:

REGISTRATIONS

1. A separate and completed Registration form must be submitted for each student. Please print clearly!
2. Registrations received by the due date and with payments (FPA) will be given first priority admission.
3. Registrations received without payments (SPA) by the due date will be held for acceptance until the first day of class.
4. All Registrations must be paid by the first class (TPA) unless prior arrangements have been made.
5. Registrations received and accepted after the due date (XPA) will be assessed a $10. late fee.
6. Even if you informed us online to “Save a Space 4” a completed REGISTRATION must be received by the due date.
